Sounds like a title for a juicy Cosmopolitan magazine article....this is inspired by true events. It all started on a sunny afternoon in L.A., I was stuck on the dreaded 5 freeway, I got off and went to the mall. I walked into a store....and there she was; this sassy, edgy, and sexy woman. She was all that and more. We ended up talking for about 40 minutes, she was the store manager, and I just another customer. On my way out, I told her, "I am going to write a blog about you." She laughed it off. And so I wrote a blog about her, and returned the next day to ask her out, and she said yes. We went out for two years...it was one of the most fulfilling relationships I ever had.
Is Chivalry Still Alive in L.A.

What I Loved Most About Kat (not my ex-girlfriend's name, she is very private, and I like to respect her anonymity).
She made life so divine that time stood still. I remember how she would look at me with care, love, and appreciation. And no matter whether I did something right or wrong, she would always make a crack about this or that; that is love. One of the most rewarding days of my life, was being there when she needed me most, and not making it a problem. We laughed about meeting interesting people while on vacation in Scotland. We could be with each other in silence, and enjoy our time together. She shared stories about her day, and I listened intently and remained present. We came up with our own words (scratchy), and our relationship was full of fun and joy. There were days that I was in the doghouse (she let me know), and somehow found a way to forgive me. I loved laying next to her in bed only a couple of inches away and speaking in whispers. I adore her zest and passion for life. I was always so proud of her work accomplishments; she was a rockstar. I am grateful to have the time together; she made life so divine that time stood still.
