First and foremost be honest with yourself. Are you ready to explore new opportunities sincerely or not? If your current employer appreciates you by paying a great salary, delegates responsibilities that challenges and fulfills you; and you have an opportunity for advancement (stay where you are at).
If anything is missing...write what you are looking for in notebook. Being clear about what you want helps you communicate it clearly to prospective employers and/or recruiting agencies.
Don't settle on a job that you don't love. If you are talented, there is always a better opportunity at another company.
Have a Resume that Your Mom Would Be Proud of. How you present yourself, says a lot about the kind of employee/professional you are. "I always look for a great summary, that accentuates and inspires me to read the rest of the resume." Tell me what differentiates you from everyone else. Don't add your picture to your resume (unless you are trying to land an acting or modeling gig).
