- Empower your kids, by letting them choose their favorite way to be creative; drawing, finger dancing, or writing.
- Come up with a fun name for the gig (egs. I Review Ice Cream).
- Write a gig (job) description; so your kid knows what are the expectations, responsibilties, and results that you are looking for (great opportunity to teach them about deadlines).
- What is the pay? Your kid should be paid...."On The Sweetest Gigs, kids earn a $25 gift card after the third review."
- Let your kids choose a title for themselves "I call it a nickname."
- When they accomplish their task; like write a review (give them feedback right away). And if possible publish their work.
- Once your kid completes the gig; and they love it, create a more challenging gig.
